Manager – Retention Transformation Office

We are seeking a Manager – Retention Transformation Office to lead and execute transformation projects aimed at optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. This role involves project management, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and drive retention.

Mandatory Skill(s)
Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years in insurance project management or business transformation roles.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of retention scripts
  • Technical knowledge for tools development
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive learning attitude

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Familiarity with insurance project management or business transformation roles
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies, processes, and changing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills for business process evaluation

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end transformation projects, including planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance business processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse teams to support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough operational analyses, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Benchmarking & Data Insights: Perform industry benchmarking, analyze data trends, and use insights for process improvements and retention strategies.
  • Training & Performance Monitoring: Develop training programs for new processes, monitor performance, and generate regular MIS reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timely Project Execution: Deliver projects within set timelines and budget.
  • Performance Improvement: Enhance key metrics like efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Receive positive feedback from internal stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
